About the Role

We are seeking meticulous and creatively attuned Visual Design Evaluators to contribute to the training and refinement of large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will assess the quality of visual content data and provide expert-level feedback based on established criteria. Your evaluations will directly influence how AI systems understand and generate visual design-related outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and Review: Critically assess visual design tasks and outputs based on internal guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Ensure submitted data and responses align with principles of high-quality design and AI training standards.

Apply Design Knowledge: Leverage a deep understanding of design elements such as hierarchy, contrast, balance, proximity, alignment, repetition, and unity.

Required Qualifications

Robust grasp of visual design principles and fundamentals.

Demonstrated ability to spot nuanced visual inconsistencies and apply design theory in practical assessments.

Excellent attention to detail and a critical, analytical eye for creative work.

Ability to internalize guidelines and apply them consistently across multiple tasks.
