Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Management Executive in the edtech sector. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, alumni, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include driving engagement with prospective and current learners, addressing inquiries, delivering excellent customer experience, analyzing feedback to improve services, and supporting sales processes to achieve enrollment and retention goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills to effectively engage with and support learners and partners.

Proficiency in Customer Retention strategies and the ability to build lasting qualified relationships.

Demonstrated Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to enrollment growth.

Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in CRM tools and technology.

Prior experience in customer relationship management, client service, or sales, particularly within the education or edtech sector, is an advantage.
