As a Managed Services Senior Project Management Coordinator , you'll handle different tasks for each customer or project, as assigned by the Project Consultant or Management. You may take full accountability for the service, working closely with customers, their candidates, and internal teams. This role is all about teamwork, coordination, and making sure everything moves smoothly to meet customer needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

Develop and maintain customer project plans, tracking key completion and dependencies across multiple projects while ensuring smooth progress and timely execution. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, prioritizing them effectively to ensure successful project outcomes. Track project scope, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule while addressing or escalating any potential obstacles. Facilitate project meetings and keep customers, stakeholders, and teams informed on progress and developments. Aid skill development within the Managed Services team to enhance overall performance. Develop expertise in Managed Services offerings to present high-quality solutions to clients. Identify automation opportunities within GCSC, collaborating with teams for effective implementation. Take care of tool development by setting solutions, timelines, risks, and progress updates. Aid and enhance existing automation tools, including Excel macros and homegrown solutions.
