Production Supervisor (Gurugram)

Department: Operations Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon Reporting To: Production Manager Role Overview We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations, oversee production teams, ensure quality compliance, and achieve production targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met on time
- Manage production workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for smooth production flow
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and production efficiency
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Identify operational issues and support process improvements
- Ensure discipline and compliance on the production floor Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production, Operations, or related fields preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or food processing industries
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce is preferred Skills Required
