Integrated Logistics Operations Manager (Gurugram)

At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. **?** You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence. **How you create impact** You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement; + To ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC + To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment + To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvement both to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence + To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business + To work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities + To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors + To always uphold the concept of the LCC as a showcase for what we do within IL **What we would like you to bring** + A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field + **Minimum 12-15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry** + **Must have experience in both Air and Ocean freight operations** + At least 5 years of managerial experience + Oversee logistics projects and ensure timely delivery + Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet business goals **What's in it for you** At Kuehne+Nagel, you'll be part of a global logistics leader that believes in creating real impact-on business, on customers, and on careers.
