Walk-in || Plastic Production Manager (Gurugram)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plastic Production Manager to lead and oversee our plastic production operations at our Bilaspur, Manesar plant. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, optimizing manpower utilization, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in plastic manufacturing, extrusion, molding, recycling, or polymer processing industries with excellent leadership and plant management skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete plastic production operations and daily plant activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and process optimization.
- Handle production planning, scheduling, and manpower management.
- Implement SOPs and ensure smooth production flow.
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and operational losses.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, procurement, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Monitor raw material utilization and inventory control.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
