Trainee Food Processing Executive (Gurugram)

Duration: 4 months with potential to convert into a full-time role. Starting stipend is Rs 12k/month with potential for performance bonus after the training period. This role can grow into regular employment after the training depending on the performance. We are an organic Sweets & Snacks startup company

- Learn and lead organic certifications for company's products
- Manage end-to-end procurement to production and shipping: procurement, processing, packaging, and shipping of the sweets and snacks products
- Design and create online marketing material, including posters, banners, online stories and posts
- Manage online and offline sales and marketing including preparing the marketing and sales material
- Enhance and manage the company's website
- Manage marketing on various social media outlets
- facebook, instagram, linkedin and others
- Manage the stalls at malls and farmers markets on weekends/early mornings/evenings
- Assist and manage food processing
- Assist and manage office and food processing facility
- Any other tasks that come up
- we are a startup company Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with food processing/technology degrees
- Proficiency in English and Hindi writing and speaking
- Persons with leadership and self-driving capabilities will be successful in this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in design tools
- Proficiency or ability to learn quickly Google docs, google spreadsheet or Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
