Job Title: Store Manager (Hospitality) Experience: 2–3 years in hospitality/retail store management Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Company: Aglow Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Store Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry to manage daily store operations, inventory, team leadership, and customer service at our Jaipur property. Food and accommodation will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities Operations & Inventory Management Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, POS, and sales reporting. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage/loss. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely and quality deliveries. Ensure merchandise availability and implement visual merchandising standards. Customer Service & Sales Deliver exceptional guest/customer service and handle complaints promptly. Drive sales to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain store cleanliness and brand presentation standards. Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and basic statutory norms. Maintain basic financial and stock records and support budgeting and cost control. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and operations. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). 2–3 years of experience in store/retail management within hospitality (hotel, resort, F&B;, boutique). Positive knowledge of inventory management, billing/POS, and MS Excel. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Fluent in Hindi and basic English; local language will be an added advantage. Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹21,000 to ₹24,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
