Role Description This is a performance-based remote internship role for a Marketing and Business Outreach Intern. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with digital campaigns, social media presence, email outreach, and basic content creation tailored to Thalenor’s AI and software offerings. They will help identify and research prospective clients, maintain lead lists and CRM records, and support outbound communication to target industries. The role includes coordinating with the sales and technical teams to prepare pitch materials, case study summaries, and follow-up messages. The intern will also track basic performance metrics, prepare easy reports, and participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving marketing and outreach strategies. Qualifications
- Foundational marketing skills, including an understanding of digital marketing channels, basic content creation, and social media management.
- Business outreach and communication abilities, such as researching prospects, drafting professional emails, and organizing lead and client information.
- Analytical and organizational skills, including comfort with spreadsheets or simple CRM tools, and the ability to track and summarize campaign or outreach results.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail and a professional, concise writing style.
- Interest in AI, software, or technology sectors and willingness to learn about Thalenor’s services and client industries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
