Role & responsibilities Handle customer interactions through:
- International voice calls
- Live chat support
- Email support Resolve customer queries related to:
- Complaints and escalations
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
- Record customer interactions in CRM/support systems.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams when required.
- Meet performance targets such as:
- Average handling time (AHT)
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- First call resolution (FCR)
- Response time
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Handle international customers across different time zones. Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent English communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Typing and computer proficiency
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
- Patience and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Positive attitude and team player.
