Roles & Responsibilities Production Operations Management
- Oversee the end-to-end textile production process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
- Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing operations while maintaining production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production workflows and optimize resource utilization to achieve operational efficiency. Production Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Forecast production requirements and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials effectively.
- Coordinate with management to establish production targets and operational priorities. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage production teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing unit.
- Conduct team evaluations, training programs, and skill development initiatives. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and textile manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production cycle and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the facility. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Analyze production metrics, operational data, and workflow performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement process optimization strategies to reduce production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
- Introduce lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory & Material Management
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate procurement planning to ensure uninterrupted production flow and minimize delays.
- Optimize material utilization and reduce inventory-related losses. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure production capabilities align with product design specifications and customer requirements.

- Prepare and manage production budgets while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.
- Monitor production expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in textile manufacturing.
- Recommend and implement modern production technologies and automation where applicable.

- Proven experience in textile production management within the apparel industry or related manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in handling large-scale production operations and workforce management preferred.
