Executive Assistant Finance | Global Stakeholder Management | Job Title Executive Assistant Finance (Global Leadership Support) Location Gurugram Experience Required 6-15 years Industry Preference Global MNCs / Financial Services / Consulting / Investment Banking / Large Corporates About the Role We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior global finance leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The role requires exceptional calendar management, stakeholder coordination, travel management, communication skills, and the ability to operate with professionalism, confidentiality, and robust executive presence. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have supported global executives, senior leadership teams, MDs, Directors, VPs, or CXO-level stakeholders within large multinational organizations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meetings, leadership reviews, and stakeholder engagements
- Handle end-to-end travel management including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and ground transport
- Manage expenses, documentation, records, distribution lists, and administrative activities
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, trackers, and follow-ups
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive communication with confidentiality and professionalism
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritise tasks, and drive timely execution
- Support operational governance, controls, and process adherence
- Drive process improvements, standardisation, and productivity enhancements
- Work closely with global teams and senior leadership in a dynamic environment Must Have Skills
- Strong experience in Executive Assistant / Senior Executive Coordination roles
- Experience supporting global stakeholders, Finance leadership, Directors, MDs, or VPs
- Excellent calendar management and international travel coordination experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, maturity, and confidentiality handling
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment Preferred Background
- Candidates from global firms/MNCs will be preferred
- Prior exposure to banking, financial services, consulting, or large corporate environments is highly preferred
- Exposure to shared services/hub environments is an added advantage
- Familiarity with productivity tools, automation mindset, or Copilot tools is a plus Significant Note
