- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their travel experience – pre
- trip, during the trip, and post
- trip.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring quick resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas of improvement in the travel experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Proactively communicate updates, changes, or key information to travellers .
- Uphold a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions. Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Excellent problem
- solving and escalation management abilities.
- A calm, composed, and customer
- first approach, even under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
