Community & Learner Relationship Intern (Gurugram)

Role Overview: As a Community & Learner Relationship Intern, you will support learner engagement across the entire learner journey from onboarding to program completion. You will assist in managing cohort interactions, supporting community conversations on our in-house platform, and ensuring learners feel welcomed, connected, and motivated throughout their learning experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building communities, hosting virtual engagement activities, and contributing to learner success in a fast-paced EdTech setting. Key Responsibilities: Support learner onboarding through orientation sessions, welcome communication, and learner introductions Assist in building strong learner relationships through regular check-ins and engagement activities Help monitor learner participation and identify learners who may need additional support Resolve basic learner queries related to platform access, session schedules, and community engagement Manage and moderate learner interactions on the community platform to ensure a positive and engaging environment Coordinate webinars, workshops, and cohort engagement activities Assist in sending weekly updates, reminders, announcements, and learner communications Track learner engagement, participation trends, and feedback to support improvements in learner experience Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth learner operations and communication Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities High empathy, responsiveness, and a learner-first mindset Comfortable interacting with learners in virtual environments Basic understanding of community management and learner engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms is a plus What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong communication and community engagement skills ✔ Energetic, approachable, and proactive personality ✔ Passion for learner success and community building ✔ Willingness to learn and take ownership ✔ Ability to create engaging learner experiences online If you are passionate about building learner communities and creating meaningful learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you. ????
