Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the lifecycle of book marketing and publishing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, conducting regular check-ins, and providing updates on campaign performance and project milestones. The Client Relationship Executive will coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and operations to align deliverables with client expectations and timelines. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives, maintaining accurate records and reports, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and ensure successful delivery of services.
- Proven Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships and enhance client loyalty.
- Excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Experience in or strong interest in publishing, book marketing, media, or related creative industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to track client interactions and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
