Assistant Manager Courier Operations (Gurugram)

Role & responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile tracking for all shipments.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of 24 Courier Account Managers, ensuring they meet daily performance targets and maintain vendor discipline.
- Appointment Adherence: Take full ownership of appointment-based deliveries to Quick Commerce and Contemporary Trade warehouses, ensuring zero slot misses.
- Software Management: Utilize and maintain our internal operations software for real-time tracking and data entry (Full training provided).
- Data Analysis: Use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze daily performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Vendor Compliance: Ensure all courier partners strictly adhere to negotiated SLAs and E-way bill requirements.
