Housekeeping Supervisor Gurugram

Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing housekeeping operations and supervising staff.Roles and Responsibility Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer requirements. Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and best practices. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Analyze and resolve issues related to cleaning, maintenance, or safety.

Job Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role. Solid leadership and communication skills are essential for inspiring and guiding staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Problem-solving skills are needed to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
