This role is vital to streamlining logistics activities, supporting business development, and managing end-to-end operational workflows across various domains.Position Summary: We are looking for a capable and driven Assistant General Manager– Logistics to lead our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction supervision, logistics management, tender handling, and business development. This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the transportation industry, and a readiness to travel based on business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Lead daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Supervise logistics for civil construction projects, including coordination of transportation, site needs, and vendor management. Support business development efforts by identifying new logistics opportunities and partnerships.Manage the tendering process: documentation, bidding, compliance, and follow-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans. Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Travel to project sites or partner locations as required.Qualifications: BBA or MBA in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field. Experience up to 1-3 Years in Logistics domain. Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience in multiple domains, including: Civil Constructions Supervision Logistics OperationsBusiness Development in Logistics Tender Management Skills&Competencies: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi .
