Job Title: Insurance Analyst– Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing Location: Gurugram Department: Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Servicing / Insurance Administration Employment Shift: 8 am to 9 pm IST working window About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Analyst to support theinsurance administration function within our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Servicing platform. This role is responsible for monitoring, tracking, reviewing, and maintaining insurance compliance for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of commercial property insurance, loan servicing operations, escrow administration, and lender compliance requirements. The analyst will work closely with borrowers, insurance carriers, brokers, asset managers, servicing teams, and investors to ensure all collateral properties maintain adequate insurance coverage in accordance with loan agreements and servicing standards.This position is critical to mitigating lender and investor risk by ensuring insurance compliance across the servicing portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Investor&Regulatory Compliance and Insurance Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with: Loan Agreements, Servicing Agreements, Deed of Trust, Investor Guidelines, Internal Risk Policies, Regulatory Standards Review and monitor insurance coverage for commercial real estate loans to ensure compliance with loan documents and servicing requirements.Ensure policies remain active and compliant throughout the loan lifecycle. Review insurance certificates, binders, declarations pages, and policy documents for accuracy and completeness. Verify compliance with lender, investor, and regulatory requirements. Insurance Tracking&Exception Management: Monitor upcoming insurance expirations and renewal timelines. Follow up with borrowers, brokers, and agents to obtain updated insurance documentation. Manage insurance-related exceptions, deficiencies, and compliance gaps. Escalate unresolved issues and high-risk deficiencies to management and servicing teams.Maintain accurate exception tracking logs and reporting dashboards. Escrow&Premium Administration: Review insurance escrow balances and premium requirements. Coordinate premium disbursements and escrow analyses. Validate insurance invoices and payment instructions. Support reconciliation of escrow accounts and insurance-related transactions. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence related to insurance compliance activities.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in: Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields 2–5+ years of experience in: Insurance administration. Candidates with in-depth knowledge of the Enterprise system will be preferred
