Department: Operations Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon Reporting To: Production Manager Role Overview We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations, oversee production teams, ensure quality compliance, and achieve production targets efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met on time Manage production workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, quality, and safety standards Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for smooth production flow Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and production efficiencyMaintain production records, reports, and documentation Identify operational issues and support process improvements Ensure discipline and compliance on the production floor Qualifications&Experience Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production, Operations, or related fields preferred 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or food processing industries Experience managing blue-collar workforce is preferred Skills Required Team management and leadershipProduction planning and execution Problem-solving and coordination skills Documentation and reporting Attention to quality and operational efficiency
