Supports scoping and execution of diligence workstreams. Assists in preparing diligence findings and client deliverables. Participates in client meetings and supports transaction discussions.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support integrated insights. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3–6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting technology diligence or transaction-related engagements.
