Executive Housekeeper, Gurugram

Job Summary: The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction across all hotel rooms and public areas. They will lead the housekeeping team, manage inventories, and uphold brand standards of the hotel.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Establish and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Monitor inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.Develop housekeeping schedules and ensure timely room readiness. Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room conditions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hotel policies and industry standards. Handle budget management, cost control, and resource allocation within the housekeeping department.Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions for quality assurance. Train and mentor staff to uphold service excellence and hospitality standards. Address guest concerns and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.Proven experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel environment. Strong organizational and management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene regulations, and best practices. Ability to manage budgets, procurement, and inventory efficiently.
