As we continue to scale and grow into new geographies, explore innovative methods of healthcare delivery, we are looking to hire exceptional talent to achieve our vision and grow in the process to achieve their professional aspiration.Job Title: National Key Account Manager– Insurance Location : Gurgaon Reporting to: Chief Marketing&Growth Officer Role Mandate: Lead Medanta's engagement with Insurance Companies, TPAs, and Healthcare Aggregators, driving payer partnerships, network expansion, and strong commercial outcomes. The role will own empanelments, renewals, pricing negotiations, and relationship management to ensure sustained growth, improved realizations, and seamless payer operations across all units.Key Responsibilities Manage national-level relationships with Insurance Companies, TPAs, and Aggregators Drive empanelment of new TPAs and insurance partners across Medanta hospitals Lead renewals of existing agreements, ensuring continuity and improved commercial terms Expand existing partnerships by onboarding additional Medanta units onto payer networksOwn commercial negotiations, including tariffs, pricing structures, and contract terms Improve realizations and overall profitability across payer accounts Work closely with internal teams to resolve claims, billing, and operational escalations Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including network teamsEnsure compliance with payer policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements KPIs Revenue from Insurance&TPA channels Number of new empanelments (TPAs / Insurers / Aggregators) In time renewal Improvement in tariffs and realizations Outstanding receivables and collection efficiency Ideal Candidate Profile 9–15 years of experience in insurance companies / TPAs as network management / provider networkProven track record in negotiations with large hospital chains Deep understanding of payer ecosystems, claims processes, and pricing models Strong network in insurance companies / TPA eco system will be an added advantage. Key Skills Negotiation and commercial structuring Relationship management and stakeholder influenceFinancial acumen including tariffs, realizations, and collections Problem-solving across claims and operations Strong execution focus and ownership mindset
