Location : Gurgaon Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office) Job Purpose: To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Key Responsibilities :Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home&Physiotherapy at Home) Handling customer complaints and follow-ups Handling calls— both inbound and outbound Having knowledge of Home Care Services Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
