Purpose of Role To support in driving strategic priorities, business performance tracking, and cross‑functional execution across Resonia's power transmission and infrastructure projects enabling a journey from 40 thousand crores to 1 lakh crores by 2031. Position Title Chief Manager – CEO/MD OfficeKey Accountabilities / Responsibilities Act as a strategic member to the CEO/MD office Head on priority initiatives, reviews, and decision support. Drive CEO‑led programs including growth strategy, new business evaluation, and special projects. Track performance of key projects (T&D, substations, complex terrain projects) and ensure timely escalation and resolution. Prepare high‑quality presentations, board notes, MIS dashboards, and leadership communications. Coordinate across functions (Projects, Engineering, Finance, BD, Legal, HR) to ensure alignment and execution. Support stakeholder interactions, including investors, clients, joint‑venture partners, and government agencies.Assist in institutional strengthening, process improvement, and governance initiatives.
