We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth by engaging with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and facilitating meaningful interactions that lead to site visits and conversions.Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound and follow-up calls on qualified leads. Build initial rapport with clients by understanding their property requirements and preferences. Provide accurate and compelling information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.Assess and qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent. Schedule and coordinate site visits to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain detailed and updated records of interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.Consistently follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in pre-sales and customer engagement will be an advantage. Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
