You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that security services are effectively aligned with client requirements and industry standards, while also adapting to evolving security challenges. Roles&Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. Professional&Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with risk assessment frameworks. - Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards. - Familiarity with incident response and management processes. - Experience in implementing security policies and procedures.
