Drive upselling, cross-selling&package renewals. Customer Excellence Deliver high service standards, maintain NPS>90%. Conduct consultations, follow-ups&resolve client concerns. Operations&Compliance Ensure SOP adherence, hygiene, equipment&stock management. Oversee accurate documentation and system entries. Team Leadership Lead, train&motivate the Beauty team for performance. Manage rosters, productivity, and staff engagement. Collaboration Work with Slimming, Derma&Marketing teams for cross-functional growth.
