Managing the complete recruitment life- cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Supervising Staffing, recruitment, induction program, discipline, policy&procedures, and recruitment programme for staff&on roll employees. Streamline onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and efficient record-keeping. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, ensuring a smooth transition and handling all necessary releasing formalities.
