Retails Sales Executive, Gurugram

Key Responsibilities Sales&Customer Experience Assist walk-in clients and provide consultative selling for luxury furniture/Veneers&Millwork. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions. Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, architects, and interior designers. Showroom&Retail Operations Maintain premium showroom display and visual merchandising standards. Handle quotations, billing, and order processing. Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries. Manufacturing&Project Coordination Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams for timely delivery. Manage custom furniture orders and site/project requirements when needed. Business Development Identify new opportunities in premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
