- University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math.
- Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Experience of auditing Healthcare claims *Typing speed 30 WPM with accuracy rate 95%
- Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines.
- Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines.
- Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate
- Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas.
