The Role We're looking for a 3D Game Artist who lives inside Roblox Studio and brings environments, props, and characters to life in a way that feels polished and intentional — not just functional. You'll work directly with our game designer and creative lead to own the visual output of our titles.

The primary focus is creating high-fidelity models and assets for Roblox titles, working closely with production, art direction, and game design to bring experiences to life. This is a hands-on role — you'll be building and iterating constantly.

What You'll Do Model, texture, and import 3D props, environments, and characters into Roblox Studio Maintain visual consistency across game worlds, working from style guides and art direction briefs Optimise assets for Roblox's technical constraints (polygon counts, texture resolution, part limits) Build and iterate on in-game environments directly in Roblox Studio using both meshes and native parts Participate in sprint reviews and flag blockers early — we move on short cycles Rigging and animation

What We're Looking For Proficiency in Blender (primary) or Maya/3DS Max for modelling Working knowledge of Photoshop for texture creation Grasp of form, shape, structure, and silhouette as they relate to gameplay readability Understanding of anatomy and how characters move when rigged Ability to self-manage against production milestones and communicate delays proactively
