Responsibilities Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery and team performance. Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities. Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication. Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies and best practices. Experience in managing and troubleshooting backup infrastructure in complex environments. Ability to design and implement data protection solutions tailored to client requirements. Familiarity with virtualization platforms and their integration with backup solutions. Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of backup and replication processes.
