Team Management & Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team to achieve individual and store targets. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Store Operations Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure proper visual merchandising, product displays, and store presentation. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.

experience 4 to 8 years of experience in retail sales/store management. Minimum 2 years of team handling experience as a Team Lead, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager.
