Production Co-ordinator (Gurugram)

Job Summary:- The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing schedules, vendors, crew communication, logistics, shoot requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate day-to-day production activities for shoots and projects.
- Assist in planning and managing production schedules, call sheets, and shoot timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, crew members, vendors, freelancers, artists, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage logistics including travel, accommodation, transportation, equipment rentals, and shoot arrangements.
- Handle vendor coordination and follow up for production requirements such as props, locations, set requirements, technical equipment, and manpower.
- Ensure all production resources are available on time and as per project requirements.
- Maintain production documentation including budgets, invoices, agreements, attendance, and daily production reports.
- Assist in obtaining permissions, approvals, and location arrangements when required.
- Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure timely handover of footage and production assets.
- Monitor shoot progress and troubleshoot operational challenges during production.
- Prepare production reports and update management on project progress. Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, line production, media operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of film, TV, digital, or commercial production workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, production trackers, and documentation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours depending on shoot schedules. Preferred Qualities:-
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of production budgeting and scheduling.
- Understanding of equipment, crew structure, and on-set operations. Pay: ₹11,584.87
