Provide high-impact administrative, executive, and program support to the VP – Technology. Own the operating cadence for key initiatives, leadership communications, and business rhythms (staff meetings, QBRs, townhalls, offsites), ensuring timely execution, clear stakeholder alignment, and effective escalation. Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report progress on key initiatives; proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
- Own preparation and materials for monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and quarterly update meetings with US business leaders/Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and follow-ups to close action items and ensure on-time execution.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
- Draft and refine internal communications and business partner messaging on behalf of the leader’s office.
- Ensure consistent, clear cadence of monthly/quarterly communications and ad-hoc updates.
- Liaise with stakeholders across US/India (Technology, Corporate Security, HR, Finance, Real Estate, etc.) to ensure seamless US leader visits.
- Partner with Finance to manage employee engagement/EEAT budgets; identify opportunities for efficiency, vendor optimization, and cost control.
- Work with the US business manager on cost center alignment, resource onboarding/offboarding, and operational hygiene.
- Support leaders in maintaining org structures and driving engagement initiatives (townhalls, workshops, recognition programs).
- Provide administrative coverage and back-up support as needed to ensure continuity of operations. Required Qualifications:
- 8–15 years’ experience supporting senior leaders across admin, program coordination, communications, and events.
- Create executive-ready decks, reports, and dashboards with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in global, matrixed technology organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
- Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
- Highly organized; manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured, high-ownership problem solver with sound judgment.
- Influence and collaborate effectively across levels and geographies. In-Office Collaboration: We are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
