About SBJ Multicom SBJ Multicom is a SEBI-registered financial intermediary headquartered in Jaipur and offices in Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Sri Ganganagar & Sirsa. We hold active memberships with NSE, BSE, MCX, and NCDEX and are a Depository Participant with CDSL, with additional repository memberships with CCRL and NERL. We offer our clients a complete suite of financial services Equity Trading, F&O;, Commodities, Currency, Mutual Funds, and Demat Account services all from a single regulated platform. We are building a dedicated client-facing team at our Gurgaon office to support our growing client base across the NCR region. Role Overview This is a dual-function role combining front desk management and telecalling responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and the primary voice for our outbound and inbound client servicing calls. No prior stock market or broking experience is required — complete training on all products, platforms, and processes will be provided on joining. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients — guide them through account opening enquiries, KYC documentation, and service requests
- Maintain the front desk, reception area, and visitor register; manage incoming couriers, mail, and office administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the back office and operations team to ensure client requests are processed accurately and on time
- Assist clients with Demat account opening forms, KYC documentation, and related paperwork — ensuring completeness before submission Telecalling — Outbound & Inbound
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to inform them about SBJ Multicom's products and services — Demat accounts, trading platforms, Mutual Funds, and IPO opportunities
- Follow up on leads provided by the sales team; maintain a daily call register with outcomes and follow-up actions
- Handle inbound client calls — respond to basic queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Achieve daily/weekly calling metrics as set by the reporting manager Client Relationship & Data Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls and prompt service
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database in the CRM/MIS system
- Generate daily call reports and share them with the team leader at the end of each working day
- Assist in informing clients about current product launches, market updates, and company announcements Candidate Profile Must Have
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation in any stream preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic working knowledge of English
- Pleasant, professional, and patient telephone manner
- Basic computer proficiency — MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and willingness to learn our trading/CRM platform
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision Good to Have
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles (any industry)
- Prior exposure to a stock broking firm, bank, insurance company, or any BFSI organisation
- Basic awareness of financial products — Demat accounts, Mutual Funds, equities — even if only from personal interest
