Job Description About Us: We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive with a keen eye for attention to detail for our Loans and Insurance department who is eager to grow, handle paperwork diligently, and contribute meaningfully to our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the processing of loan applications and insurance policies, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate. Handle and manage all paperwork related to loans and insurance processes, including verification, documentation, and filing. Maintain and update records of loan disbursements, repayments, and insurance claims. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary documents and information. Prepare and analyze reports related to loan performance, insurance claims, and related financial metrics. Assist in customer queries regarding loan and insurance products and provide necessary support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan and insurance processes. Participate in the auditing process and implement necessary recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency. Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating financial documents and reports as needed. Requirements: Education: Any graduation Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in finance, loans, insurance, or related roles. (Freshers can Apply) Basic understanding of loans, insurance, and financial products. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle paperwork meticulously. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, familiarity with financial software is a plus. Passion to Work Hard: A strong commitment to learn, grow, and excel in the finance and insurance sector. Open to Commuting: Willingness to travel as per the requirement. Convenience: Owning a bike or other personal conveyance is preferred for easy commuting. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
