Assistant Manager Finance (Gurugram)

Company Description Nester is a growing e-commerce brand operating across Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart. We're building a lean, data-driven finance function that keeps the business humming from MIS reporting to vendor payments as we scale.

Role Description Design, build, and maintain MIS reports covering sales, returns, margins, and working capital across all marketplace channels Create and update operational and financial dashboards for daily/weekly leadership review Run monthly reconciliations across Shopify settlements, Amazon & Flipkart payouts, and bank statements identify and resolve discrepancies fast Manage the vendor payment calendar track due dates, prepare payment files, and ensure zero delays Track and manage marketplace fees, commissions, returns, and deductions across platforms Assist with GST reconciliation, TDS tracking, and basic compliance filings in coordination with the CA Build and maintain a cash flow tracker with short-term forecasts for planning vendor payouts Flag anomalies, cost overruns, or payment risks proactively to the founders Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or MIS roles ideally at an e-commerce or D2C brand Hands-on with Shopify admin and at least one of Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub you know where the payout reports live Excel / Google Sheets power user pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and basic macros are second nature Obsessed with accuracy you're the person who catches the ₹500 discrepancy others overlook Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving workplace; you build structure where none exists B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent; CA Inter is a plus Prior exposure to GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting standards preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n83l2
