Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Work with various data domain experts to understand & link what data exists across various domains + Design data models to efficiently connect data across data domains to support customer targeting analytics + Develop and maintain data pipelines: Design, build, and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration across various systems + Ensure data accuracy and relevance: Collaborate with other cross functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data + Bridge the gap between raw data and business insights by transforming complex datasets into usable formats for analysis + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience + Experience in Cloud-based technologies (Azure), data migration/automation and data engineering practices + Experience with data integration tools and platforms + Proven experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines + SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and optimization + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala + Proven communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
