Power Apps Engineer (Gurugram)

**What you will do** + Design, develop, test, and maintain **Canvas Apps** within Microsoft Power Platform + Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using Power Fx formulas + Integrate applications with data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, and other APIs + Implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate + Ensure performance optimization, security, and governance best practices + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions + Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications + Support deployment processes and lifecycle management using solution management practices + Document technical designs, data flows, and support procedures **What you will need:** **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience developing applications in Microsoft Power Apps + Solid hands-on experience specifically with **Canvas Apps** + Proficiency in Power Fx formulas and app performance optimization + Experience integrating with REST APIs and external systems + Knowledge of relational data modeling and working with Microsoft Dataverse + Experience with role-based security and environment management + Robust problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Model-Driven Apps within Microsoft Power Platform + Familiarity with Azure services such as Microsoft Azure + Understanding of DevOps practices and ALM strategies + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control + Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400) Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
