Project Coordinator - E-learning (Gurugram)

About the role We're looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to join our client's e-learning team. You'll be the engine that keeps content projects moving
- sourcing the right Subject Matter Experts, onboarding freelance instructional designers and content developers, and making sure every course ships on time, on brief, and on quality. If you've worked at a small-to-mid e-learning or content services company and enjoyed running multiple pipelines at once, this role will feel familiar from day one. What you'll do
• Source Subject Matter Experts across domains (Finance, Tech, Healthcare, Management, Engineering, and more)
• Hire and onboard freelance Instructional Designers, Content Writers, and Reviewers
• Coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams, freelancers, and client stakeholders
• Own quality checks and follow-ups through every stage of the content lifecycle
• Maintain living databases of SMEs, freelancers, and preferred vendors
• Run 4
- 8 parallel content pipelines without letting any deadline slip What you bring
• 1
- 4 years of experience in an e-learning, content services, or EdTech company
• Hands-on sourcing on Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn (Boolean search is your friend)
• Solid understanding of the e-learning content lifecycle
- storyboarding, ID, development, QA
• Strong written and spoken English, and comfort communicating with senior SMEs
• Spreadsheet fluency

• Sourcing experience on Upwork, Freelancer.com, Toptal, or Contra
• Prior work with global edtech clients or publishers (Coursera, Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Wiley)
• Exposure to LMS / authoring tools (Moodle, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, SCORM/xAPI) Why this role
