- Bridging the gap between business and technology Role Description This strategic, high-visibility role (Senior manager, Incedo Insight Institute) is based in Gurgaon and reports to the Associate Director while working closely with the CEO, CXOs, business leaders, marketing teams, and external publication partners. The position demands deep expertise in research, thought leadership, consulting-style problem solving, storyboarding, and executive communication. The role owns end-to-end development of insight-rich, data-backed, narrative-driven research that shapes Incedo's market point of view, including contributions to the CEO's books, keynote content, and flagship publications. Candidates must have hands-on experience in extensive research, structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing insights, and crafting compelling narratives for senior leadership. Technical Skills
- Lead the development of thought-provoking research and frameworks by formulating explicit hypotheses, conducting deep secondary research (quantitative and qualitative), analysing company and industry trends, and synthesizing insights into structured narratives.
- Create high-quality storyboards, conceptual models, and executive-ready frameworks that articulate strategic viewpoints aligned with leadership priorities.
- Analyse and process emerging business themes and operating models, benchmark industries and competitors, and translate findings into actionable insights and differentiated perspectives.
- Facilitate ideation sessions with BU leaders, product teams, and data teams to co-create new thought leadership and refine perspectives through cross-functional input.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to publish, position, and amplify content across digital channels, industry forums, and analyst networks to maximize reach and impact.
- Coordinate with external editors, research partners, and publishers to ensure rigor, clarity, and quality of all published materials.
- Maintain and manage a forward-looking thought leadership pipeline aligned with CEO priorities and firm strategy, ensuring timely execution and consistent quality of deliverables. Primary Skills & Capabilities
- Strong research, analytical reasoning, and insight-synthesis capabilities
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats
- Consulting-style problem structuring, strategic analysis, and slide-development proficiency
- Ability to integrate diverse data sources into clear, cohesive, and actionable narratives
- Proven experience engaging senior executives and presenting insight-driven recommendations with impact

- 10-12 years across thought leadership, consulting or business research, or equivalent experience (strategy/operations/digital).
- Strong understanding of IT services and consulting industry
- Proven record developing whitepapers, POVs, industry reports, or published research.
