About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our center. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly mannerHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience at all touchpoints Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery Maintain front desk operations and visitor records Manage calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently Support events and activities hosted at the centerEnsure adherence to company policies and service standards Required Skills&Qualifications; Bachelors degree in any discipline 13 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor Basic knowledge of MS OfficePreferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, retail, or co-working spaces Multilingual abilities (English&Hindi; preferred) Prior front office or guest handling experience What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional and cooperative work environment Growth and development opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated resume.
