Social Media Manager (Full-time, Onsite) (Guwahati)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media presence of our clients across platforms, with a strong focus on engagement, growth, and brand voice. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar
- Analyze social media performance data and refine strategies for improved reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with content writers and the designing team for consistent messaging
- Do industry and competitor research to maintain content relevance
- Monitor social media platforms, manage community interactions, and respond in a timely manner Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy development, content planning, and execution.
- Ability to analyze insights and translate data into actionable improvements
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms is an added advantage
