WE ARE HIRING Position: Painter – Bodyshop Location: Swaran Automobiles – Mahindra Dealership Swaran Automobiles is looking for an experienced and skilled Painter for our Bodyshop Department. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can deliver high-quality paint finishing and maintain dealership standards in vehicle repair and refinishing work. Job Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle painting and refinishing work in the Bodyshop
- Surface preparation including sanding, masking, putty, and primer application
- Color matching and paint mixing as per manufacturer standards
- Handling accidental repair paint jobs and touch-up work
- Ensuring proper finishing, polishing, and quality output
- Maintaining paint booth equipment and workplace cleanliness
- Coordinating with denters and workshop supervisors for timely delivery of vehicles Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in automobile painting and refinishing work
- Knowledge of paint preparation, color matching, and spray painting techniques
- Ability to independently handle complete paint jobs
- Hardworking, disciplined, and quality-focused attitude
- Preference will be given to candidates having Mahindra dealership/workshop background Salary: Salary will be based on the candidate’s current CTC and experience. What We Offer
