Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service counters, kitchen stations, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels during shifts.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and escalate when required.
- Support team members during peak hours and maintain efficient workflow.
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures. Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: High School / Higher Secondary or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of POS systems is an advantage.
- Versatile to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Skills Required:

- Basic cash handling skills Pay: ₹12,000.00
