Role Description The Senior Executive Collection will be responsible for overseeing and managing collection activities to ensure timely recoveries. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the collections team, monitoring delinquent accounts, contacting customers for payment follow-ups, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing risks. This is an on-site, full time role, based in Guwahati. Qualifications
- Robust communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve payment-related concerns
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of collection management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to devise actionable strategies for improving collections
- Prior experience in collections or credit operations is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
