Role Description:

This is a full time, in office role for a Production Shift Incharge located in Guwahati.

The Production Shift

Incharge will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include supervising production teams, monitoring equipment and machinery, maintaining production schedules, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and troubleshooting operations. Collaboration and timely communication with other departments to achieve production goals are key aspects of this role.

Skills: Solid operational skills, including production planning, troubleshooting, and process improvement Leadership and team management abilities to effectively supervise production teams Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards within manufacturing or food production Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges Functional understanding of manufacturing equipment and technology Relevant academic background, preferably a degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role in manufacturing or food production Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices is a plus
