- Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience About the Role Hayat Hospital is seeking a smart, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) to provide high-level administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, professional presentation, and the capability to manage confidential information with maturity and efficiency. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, polished in professional interactions, and capable of handling dynamic day-to-day executive operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CMD’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle official correspondence, emails, calls, and internal/external communications professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes (MOM), and executive documentation
- Coordinate with various departments, management teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with professionalism
- Track important deadlines, follow-ups, and priority assignments
- Assist in administrative and operational coordination for executive-level activities
- Support event coordination, management meetings, and executive visits when required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day executive workflow and multitasking operations
- Maintain professional communication and representation on behalf of the CMD’s office Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administration, Coordination, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of IT systems, office software, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines efficiently
- Professional personality with strong interpersonal skills and executive presence Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong time-management and follow-up capability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate administration will be an added advantage
